What's Covered
Our 1-Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues for watches purchased from Vastara:
✓ Movement Defects: Manufacturing defects in automatic, manual, or quartz movements
✓ Case & Crystal: Defects in the watch case, bezel, or crystal (excluding scratches from normal wear)
✓ Crown & Pushers: Manufacturing defects in crowns, pushers, and other operational components
✓ Strap & Bracelet: Manufacturing defects in original straps, bracelets, and deployment clasps
✓ Water Resistance: Loss of water resistance due to manufacturing defects (within rated specifications)
✓ Functional Issues: Any functional problem caused by defective materials or workmanship
What's Not Covered
The following are NOT covered under our warranty:
✗ Normal Wear: Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage from regular use
✗ Accidental Damage: Damage from drops, impacts, or accidents
✗ Water Damage: Damage from exposure beyond the watch's rated water resistance
✗ Unauthorized Service: Damage from repairs or modifications by non-authorized service centers
✗ Battery Replacement: Normal battery replacement for quartz watches
✗ Strap Wear: Normal wear and tear on leather straps or fabric bands
✗ Loss or Theft: Lost or stolen watches
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If your watch requires warranty service, follow these simple steps:
Contact Us
Email us at warranty@vastara.online with your order number and description of the issue
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24-48 hours
Ship Your Watch
Securely package your watch with all original accessories and ship to our service center (address provided with RA)
Inspection & Repair
We'll inspect your watch and complete repairs within 2-3 weeks. Return shipping is free for warranty claims
Important Information
Warranty Period
Your warranty begins on the date of delivery and is valid for exactly 1 year from that date
Proof of Purchase
You must provide your original order confirmation or invoice for all warranty claims
Service Time
Most warranty repairs are completed within 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your watch
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for shipping costs TO our service center. We cover return shipping for approved warranty claims
Manufacturer's Warranty
Many of our watches also come with the original manufacturer's warranty, which may extend beyond our 1-year coverage period. Please keep all warranty cards and documentation provided with your watch.
If your watch has an active manufacturer's warranty, we can assist you in coordinating service directly with the manufacturer's authorized service center.
Note: Manufacturer warranties are separate from Vastara's warranty and subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions
