The watch must remain in new condition without signs of wear, use, or handling damage.

✓ Original Packaging

The item must be returned with the original box, included materials, papers, and accessories.

✓ Tags & Protective Elements Intact

Any original tags, stickers, protective films, or seals must remain attached where applicable.

✓ Proof of Purchase

Your original order number or purchase confirmation must be provided.

Important: Watches showing wear, damage, sizing adjustments, or alterations may not be approved for return.
