At Vastara, we take pride in crafting exceptional luxury timepieces. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your watch, we offer a comprehensive refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

To return your timepiece for a full refund

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your watch must meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return and refund, your watch must meet the following requirements:

✓ Unworn Condition

The watch must be in new, unworn condition with no signs of wear or use.

✓ Original Packaging

Must be returned in the original Vastara packaging, including the watch box, papers, and all accessories.

✓ Tags & Stickers Intact

All original tags, protective stickers, and seals must remain attached and undamaged.

✓ Proof of Purchase

You must provide your original order number or receipt as proof of purchase.

⚠️ Important: Watches that show signs of wear, damage, or have had straps adjusted will not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to return your Vastara timepiece:

Contact Our Support Team

Email us at support@vastara.online with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization

We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 24 hours.

Pack Your Watch Securely

Place the watch in its original packaging with all accessories, documents, and the RMA number clearly visible.

Ship the Item Back

Use a trackable shipping method and insure the package. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Once we receive your returned watch, we will:

  • Inspect the item to ensure it meets return conditions
  • Process your refund within 2-3 business days after approval
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method
  • Send you an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Important: We recommend using insured and trackable shipping for returns. Vastara is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your watch for a different model or style:

  • Contact us at support@vastara.online to discuss exchange options
  • We'll arrange for the return of your current watch
  • Once received and inspected, we'll ship your new watch
  • If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge accordingly

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Watches that have been worn, used, or show signs of wear
  • Items with removed tags, stickers, or protective films
  • Watches with adjusted straps or bands
  • Engraved or personalized timepieces
  • Limited Edition watches (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Document the Issue: Take clear photos of the damage or defect
  2. Contact Us Immediately: Email support@vastara.online within 7 days of delivery
  3. Provide Details: Include your order number, photos, and description of the issue
  4. Resolution: We'll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund (including shipping costs)

Your satisfaction is our priority. We'll work quickly to resolve any issues with defective or damaged products.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment: Full refund available if order hasn't shipped yet
  • After Shipment: Follow our standard return policy once you receive the item

International Returns

For international customers, the same return policy applies with the following considerations:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective

Warranty Information

All Vastara watches come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please note:

  • Warranty claims are separate from returns and refunds
  • Warranty covers mechanical defects, not normal wear and tear
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  • For warranty service, contact us with proof of purchase
