Eligible for Return

  • Watch must be unworn and in new condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included
  • Watch must have no signs of wear (no scratches, marks, or adjustments)
  • Return initiated within 30 days of delivery date
  • Original protective film intact on case and crystal (if applicable)
  • Warranty card and instruction manual included

  • Watches showing any signs of wear or use
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Straps that have been sized, adjusted, or altered
  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery
  • Personalized or custom-engraved watches
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we'll process your refund within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item). Return shipping is free with our prepaid label.

Yes! You can try the watch on to see if you like it. However, it must show no signs of wear (no scratches, marks, or strap adjustments) and must be returned in new condition with protective films intact.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No! We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns within the USA. For international returns, please contact us for instructions.

When does my 30-day return window start?

The 30-day return window begins on the day your order is delivered to you (not the order date). You must initiate your return by contacting us within this timeframe.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Yes! Contact us at support@vastara.online immediately with your order number. If we can catch it before it ships (usually within 24 hours), we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.

What if I lost the original packaging?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without the original packaging, including the watch box, warranty card, and all accessories. Please keep all packaging materials until you're certain you want to keep the watch.
