To return your timepiece for a full refund
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your watch must meet the conditions outlined below.
To qualify for a return and refund, your watch must meet the following requirements:
The watch must be in new, unworn condition with no signs of wear or use.
Must be returned in the original Vastara packaging, including the watch box, papers, and all accessories.
All original tags, protective stickers, and seals must remain attached and undamaged.
You must provide your original order number or receipt as proof of purchase.
⚠️ Important: Watches that show signs of wear, damage, or have had straps adjusted will not be eligible for return.
Follow these simple steps to return your Vastara timepiece:
Email us at support@vastara.online with your order number and reason for return.
We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Place the watch in its original packaging with all accessories, documents, and the RMA number clearly visible.
Use a trackable shipping method and insure the package. Keep your tracking number for reference.
