Note: The Vastara Protection Program covers defects and functional issues discovered within 30 days of delivery. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

How to File a Claim
If you experience any issue within 30 days of delivery, follow these steps:

- Clear photos or video of the issue
- A detailed description of the problem
Choose Your Solution
Our team reviews your claim within 24–48 hours. Once approved, select your preferred resolution:
- Replacement — receive a new watch with a prepaid return label
- 45% Discount Code — valid on any watch in our store
Complete the Process
If replacement: return the watch using our prepaid label and we ship your new timepiece. If discount code: shop and apply your code at checkout for instant savings and free shipping.
