How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days within the US, 7–10 days to Canada, and 10–20 days internationally. Express and overnight options are also available. All orders include tracking.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Watches must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging. Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive the return.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Yes, most Vastara watches are water-resistant. The specific water resistance rating varies by model and is listed on each product page. We recommend checking your watch's specifications before water exposure.
What warranty do you offer?
Every Vastara watch comes with a comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement issues. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or battery replacements.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package in real-time through our shipping carrier's website.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 150 countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Free shipping is available for the USA & Canada, and worldwide on orders over $100.
